Free weekly concerts on Plymouth Harbor begin for the season this Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. Once again, L. Knife & Son will cosponsor the summer concert series for the 2009 season with the Town of Plymouth Promotions Fund, the Plymouth Cultural Council, the Music Performance Funds, Ernie’s Restaurant and L.E. Cook Monument Co.
Subsequent 7 p.m. concerts take place Thursdays next to Plymouth Rock.
Here's the season's schedule: June 9, Don Besegai’s Big Band; June 11, Legion Bud Band; June 18, Lenny Vaz German Band; June 25, Don Besegai’s Big Band; July 2, Legion Bud Band; July 4, parade and Legion Bud Band; July 9, Don Besegai’s Big Band; July 16, Johnny Souza Quintet; July 23, Legion Bud Band; July 30, Don Besegai’s Big Band; Aug. 6, Legion Bud Band; Aug. 13, Don Besegai’s Big Band; Aug. 20, Legion Bud Band; Aug. 27, Don Besegai’s Big Band; and Sept. 3, Legion Bud Band.
